Congratulations to Dr. Emily Palmquist, who successfully defended her dissertation on November 28th! Emily was hired as a Biologist with the U.S. Geological Survey, Southwest Biological Science Center. Plenary talk for vISEC

Kiona gave a plenary talk on “A Bayesian approach to quantifying time-scales of influence and ecology memory” for the virtual International Statistical Ecology Conference in June 2020. She also served as the session chair for one of the virtual sessions.
